Knollwood is an association of 157 property owners which collectively own over 400 feet of lakefront on Geneva Lake. Highlighting our lakefront rights are three piers, one of which is used exclusively for swimming and sunbathing. The two remaining piers contain a total of 49 boat slips. We also have 23 buoys, 47 ramp spaces and 15 racks for member use.

Knollwood members get together as a group once each summer for our annual picnic, held the first Saturday of August. Our annual membership meeting is held the third Sunday in September.
